Hey yall, this post will be short and sweet.

I just want to remind everyone to: Watch the company you keep!

Surround yourself around people that set good examples. People you can learn from; grow with; that help you build your relationship with God; and most importantly, that want to see YOU succeed (however that may look for you).

And when you hang around people that’s doing well and striving to be better – their good energy (and perhaps good favor) rubs off on you.

So when you start to see God working in other people’s lives. Providing miracles for them. Don’t envy them or get jealous; instead, wish them well. Because when God is opening doors for people around you, that means he’s in your neighborhood. That means: YOUR NEXT. 

Now, if you’re surrounded by people and none of yall are getting blessed – there’s a problem. You don’t want to be in that circle. You want to go where God is. Or at least be in a place where God is going. So my suggestion to you is: move around … fast. 

TAKE AWAY: 

QUALITY over quantity. It’s not about how many friends you have but about the quality of friends you have. Be intentional and build genuine friendships: relationships that are “based on mutual love and support, without judgment or comparison” … and that consist of people that are “honest, caring, and present”. 

Most importantly, if you’re stepping out on faith, and looking to build your relationship with God, you have to go where God is and surround yourself with His people.
